Hi! I’m Eileen Hovsepian!
A true LOVER of Design and People
My journey in Design has been a series of luck and fortune.
I started my professional career in Education, earning a BA in History and Education from UCLA, and an MA in Behavior Disorders from Columbia University. After dedicating 20 fulfilling years to Special Education and children with disabilities, I decided to take a break. That’s when my husband and I bought a house in need of renovation. I instantly fell in love with the design process and decided to pursue coursework on color theory and design at UCLA. I joined the team at a luxury interior design studio and over the course of three years fell further in love with helping others achieve their ideal home interiors.
In 2024, I took a leap and started my own company! and Patterns is my vision and dream and hopefully where I will make your vision and dream interiors come to life!

History—hello antiques and heirlooms!
Color—let’s take risks!
Pattern—it’s a must!
Texture—please don't say no to wallpaper and let’s not stop until we find that perfect fabric, rug, pillows and throws!
AND, most importantly, YOU—your collected art, photographs, books, all things that hold meaning for you.
